Water Treatment System Design

Good treatment begins long before a single pipe is turned. Our engineers start with a full review of your raw water, including hardness, iron, manganese, bacteria, turbidity, and any seasonal swings that could change chemistry across the year. We combine those findings with your required quality and flow to size every component of the train.

The design phase covers vessel selection, media and membrane loading, pump curves, contact time, and waste routing. We model the hydraulics so each stage receives exactly the flow and pressure it needs and so flushing and backwash are effective without waste. Every drawing we deliver is intended to be built, maintained, and expanded with minimum disruption to your process.

Filtration and Reverse Osmosis

Most contaminants are removed long before the final drop reaches the tap. We install multimedia, green sand, and carbon filtration that protect downstream equipment and extend the life of every expensive component. UV Disinfection Engineering

When you need disinfection without taste, odor, or chemical by-products, ultraviolet is the answer. We size UV chambers to deliver a validated dose against your target organisms, including bacteria and viruses, with enough margin for real flow variation and lamp aging.

Every installation pairs the chamber with flow control and dose monitoring so performance is proven rather than assumed. Operators can see lamp status and intensity at a glance, and our predictive-maintenance guidance tells you exactly when a lamp or sleeve deserves attention. The result is safe water energy-efficiently and continuously.

Pump and Manifold Integration

A treatment train is only as strong as the hydraulics that move water through it. We engineer transfer pumps, pressure boosters, and recirculation loops sized to actual duty so flow never starves a filter or starves a membrane. Our manifolds and header arrays balance flow across parallel vessels and allow clean isolation for service.

Valves are placed where operators need them, and pressure gauges live on the primary runs so the system is easy to read. This attention to layout cuts commissioning time, lowers pressure loss, and makes future expansion far simpler.

Water Quality Monitoring Systems
